Making a 'WOW' shake...
A ‘wow shake’ can be “Simple, Thick and Delicious” …with just water and ice cubes!
Pour 2 or 3 Ice cubes into a blender, add 150 ml. of water, add 3 Level Spoons of our F1 Herbalife Nutrition Shake Mix (28 grams) or sachet if you have a trial pack and blend then add 3 more ice cubes and blend again until smooth! (90 calories)
*Optional: For extra protein and thickness add 1-2 scoops of Personalised Protein Powder and if you want to you can throw in a few frozen or fresh berries!
(Each scoop of PPP adds an extra 5 grams of protein and only 20 more calories)
